कच्चा चिवडा

patal pohe 1/4 kilo, muthbhar shengdaane, muthbhar daale, 4-5 hirvya mirchya aani 4-5 laal mirchya, muthbhar kadipatta, suke khobre thodese, kaju, manuka, phodniche sahitya, tel, halad etc.

pohe chalun micro wave madhye 1 te 1.30 minite bhajavet, gasvar telachi phodni karun rai, jeere, badishep, dhane takavet, nantar mirchya, kadhipatta, shengdaane, daale, khobre, thodese meeth aani sakhar ghalavi, changle partun ghyave. Shengadaane talalyasarkhe zale ki pohe takun changle partun ghyavet. zala khamang chivada tayar!

  2. this is called chivda ( type of indian snack). it's made with pressed rice(called poha in india), groundnuts,green chillies,dry coconut, dry fruits, green curry leaves. you have to saute mustard seeds, cumin, turmeric powder in little oil, the add curry leaves green chillies, dried red chilly pcs, little sugar, salt, stir well, then add roasted poha to this, again give good stir, tasty chivada is ready.
